Hello Weekend is happy to exchange or refund your purchase if the item is faulty or damaged in any way. Please email a photo to hello@helloweekend.com.au
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for faulty or damaged goods, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cost of posting the return is at the customers expense.
Free Pouch for orders over AU$30 Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 9:00am AEST on 26 December 2025 until 9:00am AEST on 12 January 2026, or while stocks of the Speckle Good To Go Pouch last, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility
Customers who place a single order of AU$30 or more (after discounts and excluding shipping) on www.helloweekend.com.au during the promotion period will receive one (1) Speckle Good To Go Pouch. Colour, style and design cannot be chosen or changed.
Returns & Exchanges
The Free Speckle Good To Go Pouch cannot be exchanged or refunded, including for change of mind.
If a qualifying order is returned for a refund, the Free Speckle Pouch must also be returned in original condition, or the value of the Speckle Good to Go Pouch may be deducted from the refund.
General
