The satchels we use at Hello Weekend are biodegradable and compostable and we are proud to say that all of our packaging, stickers, tissue paper are all 100% recyclable, printed with water-based ink, and use no glue.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT AFTER PURCHASE?
We aim to get your new purchase packed and out the door as fast as we can but we are a small business and some delays may occur. The shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you should expect your Hello Weekend goodies:
Australian Domestic
: Typically 3-5 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.
New Zealand
: Typically 5-7 business days. However, due to COVID-19, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.
All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, international orders may take up to four weeks.
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
If you want to change your order please email
hello@helloweekend.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however we may have already sent it out. We like to get your purchases out the door quick smart.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with an image of the fault to hello@helloweekend.com.au so that we can resolve any issues.
CAN MY PURCHASE BE EXCHANGED?
We only offer exchanges if the goods are faulty or damaged. Please email a photo to hello@helloweekend.com.au
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
We will only offer full refund on an item that is faulty or damaged.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning items through a traceable mailing method, as any returned items that are not received by Hello Weekend will not be processed. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS?

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
